Inadvertent Operation of PRHR
Start of the PRHR system during power operation puts cold water into the connected cold leg. When the water enters into the core the negative moderator temperature effect surges the power significantly. Later it becomes stabilized at a higher power corresponding to the PRHR heat removal rate (about 8% full power).
